OUR 5 STAGE PROCESS
1. A detailed assessment of your personal circumstances.

2. Pre-application, where we will ensure that we receive the correct documents to strengthen your case.

3. The completion of your UK Visa application with legal representation.

Once we have completed the application, we will then proceed to strengthen your case with supporting legal representations. We take time in so doing in order to make your case as ‘watertight’ and professional as possible because spending that extra time in preparing often lengthy representations just may ‘tip the balance’ in your favour.

4. Submission of your UK Visa application.

Once all representations have been drafted by your regulated caseworker, your application will be checked by the immigration supervisor and then either sent to you to submit to the deliberating body, or alternatively we can take that pressure off you and lodge the same ourselves.

5. Decision

Once lodged we closely monitor the progress of your application with the deliberating body in order to expedite the decision in your favour. We will of course, throughout all stages of the decision making process keep you informed, as we appreciate that this can be a stressful and traumatic time for applicants, and thus we have to ensure that our client is as comfortable as possible.

SERVICES WE OFFER

We prepare a detailed analysis via a consultation with you and at the end of meeting we will advise you accordingly on the best route possible for you applying the current immigration rules.
We will request you to provide certain documents to start work on your case. The quality of the initial application can make the difference between success or failure of that application. After we have completed the application, we will then proceed to strengthen your case with supporting legal representation.

In the legal representation we will set out the particulars of your case and circumstances, details of the law under which you are asking for your application to be considered, and show how you meet the requirements of the law, or , if you do not meet the requirements present your case in the best possible light and explain in legal terms why your application should be successful.

We take time in so doing in order to make your case as professional as possible and in our experience spending extra time in preparing the case saves money and frustration to you. We take great pride in the individuality of our work.

Inform you of the legal requirements which you will have to meet for your application to be successful. We will explain to you how the legal requirements will be interpreted by the UK authorities, based on the internal instructions given to their caseworkers.

After we have completed the case, we will submit the case in the UK or abroad. We will then closely monitor the progress of your application with the deliberating body in order to expedite the decision in your favour. Our daily routine work involves dealing with the UKVI Border Agency and UK Embassies in making visa applications. If your application is refused then appeal must be lodged in the UK within a very short time limit, and the an appeal form must give detailed reasons for the appeal to be valid. All the appeals are heard by an immigration judge in the UK.

We can assist organisations in obtaining Certificates of Sponsorship (previously known as work permits), Sole representative visas and business visit visas and can guide you through complex contentious immigration matters such as bail applications and fighting detention and deportation removal orders.

Individual Clients

Individual clients who have reached the appeal stage will be unable to submit fresh documentation when an immigration application has been refused.

It is therefore recommended that a professional immigration and consultation company prepares and submits initial applications on your behalf.

As an IAA registered business, Professional Immigration and Consulting Services Ltd can complete all applications quickly and affordably.

We provide expert services built around UK immigration law for private individuals within the following status brackets.
If you want to instruct the immigration lawyer to represent you then selecting the Immigration law firm to represent you is one the most important decisions because the outcome of your case largely depends on the competence of your immigration lawyer.

We suggest that you should speak with the IAA authorised immigration advisor regarding your case because they are more likely to be up to date with all the recent changes in immigration rules as they deal with immigration cases only. Guidance notes of your visa application form will provide you the link to find an authorised advisor near you. We are IAA authorised immigration advisors.

Do not appoint low cost immigration lawyer because cheapest immigration lawyer might be more time consuming and may cost you more money and frustration in the long run. Please check that the person giving advice is directly authorised to provide advice.
