Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner regulates immigration advisers and also ensures that they are fit and competent as well as acting in their clients’ best interests according to UK legislation.
IAA advisors take immigration cases only whereas lawyer firms usually undertake a wide scope of legal work including immigration cases.
Barristers specialise in presenting the case in court and they will not be preparing the Home Office application or routing correspondence with the Home Office.

Free Immigration Advice
We offer one off free immigration advice over the phone.
We will only book an appointment if we can be of assistance to you or you want a meeting with our immigration lawyer.
We charge £50 consultation fee for the appointment but we deduct this fee from our charges if we represent you at a later date meaning free consultation in the first meeting.
We prefer that you send us an e-mail if you want advice regarding refused visa, attach the refusal letter with your e-mail and write your name and phone number in case we want to know more details before giving any advice.

If your application is refused then appeal must be lodged in the UK within a very short time limit, and the an appeal form must give detailed reasons for the appeal to be valid. All the appeals are heard by an immigration judge in the UK.
